    Le Parc apartments offer convenient on-site access to several businesses, including a convenience store, a dry-cleaner as well as esthetic and therapeutic services and the famous Japanese restaurant Sakura.

  • Swimming Pools

    The Le Parc complex has two swimming pools: The large indoor pool is located in the Sports Center, which is open all year round. Our outdoor pool and Jacuzzi in the exterior garden are open from June to September.

  • Laundry rooms

    Le Parc has at least one laundry room with washer and dryer units in each tower.

  • Maintenance-repairs

    For any service requests, you can use our easy to use online system or ask the doorman on duty.

  • Sports Center

    The Sports Center is a true haven of relaxation and training reserved for Le Parc tenants only. The facilities include a gym with cardiovascular equipment, weights and other accessories, as well as a sauna in both ladies’ and men’s changing room.

  • Conference room

    Whether you are a tenant or not, our conference room can be rented anytime. With a capacity to host about 50 people, the room is furnished with all the equipment needed to guarantee the success of your professional presentations, group meetings or private events. Please contact the rental office of Le Parc for further information.

  • Parking

    Accessible from both Drummond and Mountain Street, almost 200 indoor parking spaces are ready for rent. Hourly, daily or monthly rates are available on the first level G-1 (the second level G-2 is only accessible with a yearly plan, upon availability). Security cameras are installed on each level.

  • Mail

    All tenants get their own personal mailbox. Access to the mailboxes is limited to you and Canada Post.
